TOPS is also coordinating with the other two math Centers for Enabling Technology, APDEC and ITAPS, and the math Institute, CSCAPES. Though they are designed to be complementary in their services to science applications projects, TOPS has common partners, and, moreover, the CETs and Institutes themselves employ scalable solvers and optimizers within their own software.
